-Why would I choose to purchase digital products?
Digi projects are a great way to add flair to any of your Photoshop/digital projects! They provide you with quick access to products so you can begin being creative immediately!

-What is a .png file?
A .png file is a file that is saved without a background. This allows the user to use an image without having to cut out the background around the image.

-Why are the paper digi products .jpg files and other products .png files?
Our paper files are saved as .jpeg files because they are flattened images that fill the entire picture plane. Our other products are in a .png format to allow for a background-free image, giving you access to an image without having to cut out the background around it.

-I’ve purchased my digi products, now how do I get them?
You should receive two e-mails: 1) A confirmation of your purchase, 2) An e-mail containing the Websters Pages user agreement and links for you to follow to your products. Once you click a link, you should be re-directed to a page with a “download” button which will begin the download of your products.

-I’ve downloaded my files, but they are in a .zip folder; what do I do?
Once you’ve downloaded a .zip folder, all that should be required is for you to click on the folder to begin the extraction of the files within it. Then just save or pull your files to where you’d like to store them!

-I have a black/white background when I view my .png images in a viewer or as a thumbnail; is there any way I can change the background to be clear?
There is no way to change the color of a thumbnail background unless you manually add a background color to the image in a photo editing software. The background color in a viewer can be changed by going to your computer settings.

-Why do my .png images have a black/white background when I view them as thumbnails or in an image viewer?
A software will display a thumbnail .png file as a .jpeg, compressing the image and giving it a colored background. Often times in image viewers, a computer will have setting presets to display a white background.

-How long do downloads take?
Time varies from computer to computer, and on the products purchased. We compress our files for download to help keep download times to a minimum.

-I’ve downloaded my products, but I can’t find them.
Your files may be saved somewhere you didn’t expect them to save to. Perform a “search” on your computer for the file name which can be found at the beginning of the link sent to you in your product download e-mail, ex.:
WP_VellumPapers_Images1-4.zip

-What are digital brushes?
We carry three types of digital brushes that can be used with various photo-editing softwares such as Photoshop or GIMP. They download in the form of an abr file.
-Digital Brushes- These are brushes that are created from motifs from each line. When clicking on the screen and dragging, a trail of the image is left where you pull your cursor.
-Digital Borders Brushes- These brushes allow for quick stamping of frames and borders that can be situated around photos or other elements on a page.
-Digital Glitter Brushes- These brushes function like a true-to-life brush. They are pressure sensitive for users with tablets, creating a line of varying size depending on pressure applied. The images are also smaller and more numerous, creating a “glitter” or “confetti” look as opposed to the stamp-look of the regular brushes.

-Why can I not open my brush files and view the images as I would a regular file?
Because the brush files are in an .abr format, they cannot be opened and the images cannot be viewed in a regular viewer.

-How do I load digital brushes in Photoshop?
Our brushes will only work in versions of Photoshop 7 and higher. Once you have downloaded the brush file(s) from the link sent to you via e-mail from our site, click and unzip the file, saving the .abr file to the folder:
Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop X\Presets\Brushes
Replace the ‘X’ with your version of Photoshop. Once you have done this, open Photoshop and select your brush tool and select the brush palette. Click the arrow in the upper right of the palette and select “load brushes”. Locate the .abr brush file you wish to load and you should now be able to locate your brushes in your palette.

-How do I load digital brushes in GIMP?
Our brushes require GIMP version 2.4. GIMP is a free alternative to Photoshop. Once you have downloaded the brush file(s) from the link sent to you via e-mail from our site, click and unzip the file, saving it to the location where your GIMP brushes are being stored. In order to find out where this folder is, open Gimp and go to "Edit", click "Preferences", and then scroll down to "Folders" and click "Brushes". To the right it should tell you the location of your Gimp brushes folder.

Go to this folder and copy the .abr file, pasting it into the folder, then return to Gimp. You'll now need to refresh your brush palette for the new brushes to appear. Open your brushes palette by selecting the brush icon, then select the small brush icon in the lower right of the window. A new brush window will pop up with a small icon of two rotating arrows in the lower right-hand corner. This is the refresh button and when clicked, it should update your palette and show the new brushes.

-How do I load digital brushes in Corel?
Once you have downloaded the brush file(s) from the link sent to you via e-mail from our site, click and unzip the file, saving it to a location or file that is convenient for you. To use .abr files in Corel, they must be converted. To do this, you will need to download an .abr viewer, which can be found here:

http://www.downloadsource.net/7072/ABR-Viewer/

When you open your newly downloaded viewer you are going to want to click "File" in the upper left-hand corner and scroll down to "Open Brush Sets" and then go to the folder you created and select one of the brush sets. Once you have done this, go to "Export" in the upper left and select "Thumbnails", then save this file to your brush folder. What this program does is it turns each brush into a .png image. Now you will have to open the .png image in Corel and work with it from there.
